Shipping Policy-

All pre paid orders are eligible to free shipping within the territory of India.

All orders placed using Cash on delivery as mode of payment are charged an additional cost of INR 350 as a logistics charge. For COD orders there will be a partial payment of 20% of the amount as a token to confirm your order, and rest can be paid on delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to select countries, with shipping charges calculated based on the destination and order details. For international payments contact us on whatsapp +91 7905435996 and we will take care of the logistics for you once you provide your details.

Only Pre paid orders available. COD not available. Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. All sales are final without any returns or refunds.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and completing any customs requirements.

How soon is my order shipped?

·        Delivery Time for your order starts from the date of Order Confirmation.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 36-48 hours with the exception of made-to-measure orders. Once your order is dispatched, delivery usually takes 2-7 working days in India.

·        Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, natural calamities or national holidays.

·        We will keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.

My order has not arrived yet

·        We make sure each order is fulfilled on time. However, due to unforeseen circumstances of the handicraft industry, it’s possible that a designer may not be able to produce your order piece. At times orders can get delayed for reasons outside of our control. If your order is delayed beyond 2 weeks of the estimated Delivery time mentioned with the product for some unforeseen reasons, we will get in touch with you to check if you would still like to continue with your order. In such cases, you will be offered an alternate option / store credit / full refund after a confirmation call on your provided number.

WASH CARE:

Dry clean only. Hand wash gently in cold water with light soap if required. Dry in shade.

Do not use perfumes on Zardozi work (whichever piece is subject to it) as it may result in damage of the embroidery materials used.
