To maintain the beauty and longevity of your handcrafted garments, dry cleaning is recommended. If required, gently hand wash in cold water using mild soap and dry in shade.

Avoid applying perfumes directly on Zardozi embroidery, as they may damage the delicate embroidery materials.

Each piece is individually handcrafted by skilled artisans, making every creation unique. Slight variations in embroidery, texture, colour, and detailing may occur due to the nature of handcrafted work. These minor variations are not considered defects but reflect the individuality and authenticity of our craftsmanship.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 36–48 hours of order confirmation, except made-to-measure orders. Domestic deliveries generally take 2–7 working days after dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary due to location, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you. For urgent delivery requests, please contact us at +91 7905435996.
